Staff Accommodation

To help attract and retain staff, we pro­vide sub­sidised fur­nished hous­ing for most staff who are recruit­ed from out­side Ten­nant Creek. 

All employ­ees who meet the rent sub­sidy scheme cri­te­ria will be offered an Anyinginyi house or unit at a sub­sidised rent where a suit­able prop­er­ty is avail­able. If due to lim­it­ed hous­ing stock, a house or unit is not avail­able, a lim­it­ed sub­sidy may be payable on a pri­vate rental. 

Hous­ing is sub­ject to avail­abil­i­ty held by Cor­po­rate Ser­vices and allo­cat­ed by the Asset and Prop­er­ty Man­ag­er at time of recruit­ment on the cri­te­ria below:
1. Occu­pan­cy num­ber (e.g. 1 – 2BR for single/​couple, 3+BR for a fam­i­ly) 
2. Rel­e­vant per­son­al fac­tors at time of recruit­ment (e.g., pets, phys­i­cal impair­ment, needs). 

Some hous­ing stock is reserved for par­tic­u­lar needs, includ­ing short-term stu­dents, vis­it­ing med­ical and LOCUM staff. 

If you have pets, please let the team know and we will try to accom­mo­date this. Some land­lords whose prop­er­ties we lease do not per­mit pets in their prop­er­ties so this may restrict Anyinginyi from pro­vid­ing hous­ing. 

A res­i­den­tial stan­dard applies across all Anyinginyi prop­er­ties in rela­tion to main­te­nance, fur­nish­ing and fit for pur­pose prop­er­ties. All prop­er­ties are cleaned, checked and replace­ment of items pro­vid­ed before the ten­an­t’s arrival.
