So join our friendly and professional team and make a difference with your career!
To help attract and retain staff, we provide subsidised furnished housing for most staff who are recruited from outside Tennant Creek.
All employees who meet the rent subsidy scheme criteria will be offered an Anyinginyi house or unit at a subsidised rent where a suitable property is available. If due to limited housing stock, a house or unit is not available, a limited subsidy may be payable on a private rental.
Housing is subject to availability held by Corporate Services and allocated by the Asset and Property Manager at time of recruitment on the criteria below:
1. Occupancy number (e.g. 1 – 2BR for single/couple, 3+BR for a family)
2. Relevant personal factors at time of recruitment (e.g., pets, physical impairment, needs).
Some housing stock is reserved for particular needs, including short-term students, visiting medical and LOCUM staff.
If you have pets, please let the team know and we will try to accommodate this. Some landlords whose properties we lease do not permit pets in their properties so this may restrict Anyinginyi from providing housing.
A residential standard applies across all Anyinginyi properties in relation to maintenance, furnishing and fit for purpose properties. All properties are cleaned, checked and replacement of items provided before the tenant’s arrival.
Our furnished homes include but are not limited to:
Basic Kitchen Items & Appliances
Vacuum & Basic Laundry Items & Appliances
Linen & Towels
TV
Basic Furniture Items
